This topic has to be amongst one of the favorite things for fishing folk to talk about. Keep in mind, however, that everyone's opinion is valued! Try not to overwhelm the readers regardless of how enthusiastic you may be about that wonderful purchase you just made! We also have sponsors and contributors that will be on here from time to time to share thier new products and information with you. This section can be wonderful resource for you. We also hope to hear about the local services like rod and reel repair, so feel free to put them on here too. grin

I’m a big Quantum reel guy, the reels I use are smooth, cast far when adjusted, and have lasted longer than other brands.
