We just started being able to get Duke’s here in East Texas at the FRESH in Tyler.
How widely available is it where y’all are?

I've never tried this. Sounds like it would be a superb addition to a sandwich.

I’ve noticed that Duke’s has a pretty mild flavor compared to Kraft. I think that it’s perfect for hamburgers. I also suspect that in recipes that it would also be excellent. For cold cut sandwiches it’s just a little bland for my taste. I’m thinking that a bit of Real Lemon mixed with Duke’s would be just about perfect though.

Duke' is the only real mayonnaise. The others are all imitations.

TFP, you're a funny guy! I never dreamt that one of our popular threads would be about mayonaise!

She may try to get it in stock as Brookshire’s is dealing directly with C.F. Sauer which owns both Duke’s and BAMA. I’ve got my fingers crossed. TFP

Have you tried dill pickles in Chicken salad my wife and I love it. Yep I have. Mom made three different kinds of CS. My favorite had chopped pecans, chopped Noonday sweet onions, thin apple slices, and chopped homemade dill pickles, and NO celery. TFP
