IT is very good, you can use the same recipe with Lemon & Pepper and it is very good. There was one day many years ago when my 3 daughters were little and i had caught a mess of catfish & crappie. I had fileted the fish bonless and was preparing the batter like the recipes says to but realized we were out of Lemon & Pepper so i just used cinnamon because my daughters love cinnamon on their toast. Man i'm telling you what-they loved it with the cinnamon and we still do to this day. grin
