Back in my elementary school days in the Ď60s the cafeteria ladies would make a salad out of a leaf of iceberg lettuce, pineapple ring, and cottage cheese with some shredded Velvetta on top.

Iíve got some sharp shredded cheddar in the icebox, and at six Iím going to pick up a can of pineapple rings and some large curd cottage cheese, and a nice summer salad for breakfast, along with a bowl of shredded wheat.
