Hi everyone, I was selecting a fly reel, as the one that went with my beginner's kit is of no good already. My beginners kit was by Wright and McGill, so first I thoght to get the reel by the same brand. Then I noticed Okuma SLV reel, and it appears to have a lot of positive reviews. So now I am kinda concerned on what to do, stick to the same brand I have majority of gear from, or get Okuma and try it out?
Here are the reels I was looking at: W&McGill's reel on Amazon; Okuma SLV Fly Reel at Recreation ID.
I am not a pro in fly fishing at the moment, that's why I decided to post here to ask your folks opinion prior to mistakenly choosing something that will not work right.

By the way, there was a different reel in the beginner's kit. It's different from the one I am looking at now. And it would be okay if I hadn't forgotten it in a plastic bag after the fishing. You know, moisture+plastic bag+some time=corrosion....
