Diaries are stupid. It’s not like you go back and read them. Memories are supposed to come with scars that never leave you. Each and every scar on my body comes with a memory and a story behind it. People who wrote stuff in diaries secretly hope someone comes back behind them and reads it so they can act all pissed off that someone read their private thoughts and experiences. Don’t write stuff down...ever that you don’t want someone to read. Keep that stuff bottled up inside you so when you get old and catch the Alzheimer’s people will wonder what the heck you are babbling about . Sitting around by yourself writing about yourself is a sign of insanity.
