Alrighty now! You will have the Turkey digested, Black Friday out of the way and done with the College games on Saturday! Sunday Afternoon at the lake with us should be the "icing on the cake" to top off a great holiday weekend! Come on out!

Just a reminder that the fees are unchanged $20 for the tournament ($15 for the pay back and $5 for Big Bass) and a $10 optional side pot. Three fish limit, 12" minimum, 1 dead fish allowed and Big Bass must be alive, no live bait. You decide if you are a team (as many folks as allowed in the boat) or by yourself, you decide. One entry is three fish. Anyway, most folks reading this have fished my events and would be more than willing to tell you the rules (LOL).

All events are 1PM till 5PM until the daylight savings time shift in March then we finish out at 1PM till 6PM.
All tournaments are held out of Bartow County Gatewood Park: Exit GA-20 exit on I-75 and turn east, Turn south at the light (right from I-75, left from Canton) next to Wendy's onto Spur 20. Go about 2 miles and turn left on Jim Knight Rd., Turn left when it dead ends at the Bartow Beach Rd. (right in front of the COE maintenance yard). Stay on the Beach road and stay to the left past the park Manager's house and follow the signs to the left to the boat ramp

Today was the classic "Bluebird Sky" with high pressure, lots of wind (I mean LOTS of wind!) and falling temps. True to course, some folks found them and others did not. We had 41 paid entries, with my boat we had 42 boats on the water. There were 19 boats that didn't weigh fish (Jacob and I were one of the "did not weigh fish" crowd, we released our two at the ramp).
There were 77 anglers weighing 67 fish for a total of 101.58lbs (avg 1.52lbs per fish), with 8 of those being largemouth bass.
The money spots are:
6th place was Jason and Jason with 3 fish for 5.12lbs and $31
5th place went to Danny P with 3 fish for 5.14lbs and $61
4th place was Chuck, Caiden and Vette with 3 fish for 5.27lbs for $105 and Big Bass with a spot weighing in at 3.91lbs for $205!!
3rd place went to Chuck and Joe C. with 3 fish for 5.63lbs and $123
2nd place went to Thad and Jeff with 3 fish for 6.37lbs for $141
1st place was Brett H, and Mike J with 3 fish for 7.69lbs and $154, and the side pot of $420!!
Congrats to the winners. Great turn out today, hope to see you again next weekend!
