I had the opportunity to get out and enjoy watching a couple of guys catch some quality fish on Lake Guntersville today, and also got to watch a GOOD QUALITY FISH break off!! I had these guys fishing Choo Choo Shakers and Swimjigs around shallow grass and stumps and even with the wind creating problems they were still able to put a few in the boat. There were several areas that water temps were in the 60's and when the sun got out it even got up into the upper 60's. I was also able to get a short video of a SNAKE swimming by the boat...IN FEBRUARY!!! These unusual weather temps are pushing the fish up very shallow and making them very aggressive to fatten up for the spawn. The water clarity and level is finally getting back to normal but cooler temps are on the way again. Have some fun! Mike Carter
