OP Bob Smith GFF Team Angler Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 4,050 Cartersville, GA US of A	It started out dry and it was looking like a pretty nice afternoon, then about 3-3:30, it got dark and started raining. It would lighten up a bit then rain some more the rest of the afternoon. The weigh in was a light rain, but we got it done pretty quickly and got out of there before the bottom fell out one more time. We had 19 anglers with 10 paid entries, paying two places today and Big Bass, and side pot. 2nd place money went to Albert and Darren with 3 fish for 4.72lbs for $60 1st place was Eric and Brandon with 3 fish for 4.75lbs (yeah! it was THAT close, 1st place was $90 and the Side pot was $110 Finally, Lowell had Big Bass with a spot that weighed 2.30lbs for $50!! WE will be out there again next Sunday and right now the long range forecast is actually saying sunny skies and mild temps. We are long overdue for some of that!!
