Where's a market close to Milledgeville to get fresh oysters in the shell.
Talking about, bushel or sack oysters. Not interested in Kroger oysters from
the west coast you buy by the oyster. But FRESH GEORGIA or FLA oysters in the
shell suitable for roasting outdoors.

Will consider driving to SAV or MCN for a reliable supplier.

Thanks, Sniper!

I have not been there in a while, but from what I have heard, it will be slim pickings this year. It bodes well for next year thought

I might be alone in my opinion, but oysters are gross. Unless they are hiding in an excellent shrimp gumbo.
