I got out today by myself to look for a few fish that might be "stacking up" with the high water and heavy current. Yesterday was an extremely slow day for my clients that tried catching some fish in some deep grass and with this I wanted to see if I could come up with a different pattern that might show some action. The Echo Crankbait did just that, it showed some consistent action. I fished from 9am until 12:30 and was able to catch several quality fish on the Echo and it was a little surprising considering it's still August, and "HOT", and "muggy", and "no wind"! I only fished for 3 1/2 hrs. and it might not have been the "Big G HAWGS" that we all like to see, but it was DANG FUN having these fish knock the "[censored]" out of my crankbait. This is a very consistent pattern especially during the Fall months. Maybe it's a great sign of things to come with these fish already targeting on this bait even before the prime time of the year. Have some fun. Mike Carter
