Foot ball will still be on when you get home!! 1:00PM till 5PM. $20 entry covers $5 Big Bass and 1 in 5 payback. Also a $10 side pot (optional). It will be fun so come on out and join us! All tournaments are held out of Bartow County Gatewood Park: Exit GA-20 exit on I-75 and turn east, Turn south at the light (right from I-75, left from Canton) next to Wendy's onto Spur 20. Go about 2 miles and turn left on Jim Knight Rd., Turn left when it dead ends at the Bartow Beach Rd. (right in front of the COE maintenance yard). Stay on the Beach road and stay to the left past the park Manager's house and follow the signs to the left to the boat ramp. We usually collect money at the top of the parking lot near the restrooms, but if I'm not there, I will be down by the boat ramp in one of the handicap spaces Last edited by Bob Smith; 01/23/17 12:57 AM. OP Bob Smith GFF Team Angler Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 4,050 Cartersville, GA US of A	Yes, Porko's Tournament was held this afternoon, although I didn't fish it there were 4 boats, 7 anglers that decided to go on out and brave it! It would appear that the rain held off for most of the afternoon, but they didn't get away from all of it. It did let up long enough for us to get these guys weighed and out of the park before the really nasty downpours arrived. As I already stated we had 7 anglers, four entries weighing 8 fish for a total of 21.88lbs Only one place paid and they took everything we had to pay out today, Congrats to Mark S. and Brent T. with 3 fish for 7.38lbs and Big Bass at 2.94lbs (spotted). They got $60 for first, $20 for Big Bass and $40 side pot! Hoping for better weather next Sunday, in fact the long range shows that we will back down to our normal winter temps next weekend (cooler, looks like our early spring is short lived).
