A fantastic day for Crappie fishing but the "Slabs" didn't see it that way. The nicer the weather the slower the Crappie bite, but when you can add some wind or current or both, these fish can really show you a great time. We still had a fantastic day on the water and got some good number of quality "Big-G Slabs" for these guys to take home. Thanks goes out to Lee Pitts for coming to help out and put these guys on a few fish. The Crappie are making their move and now is the time to fill your freezer with some tasty fillets, but when you get these dead calm conditions it can really make catching these fish a little more tougher. It's still just "Dang Fun". Get out and enjoy it. Mike Carter [Linked Image]
