Well the boat traffic was pretty heavy to start out[size:14pt][/size], and it was overcast (briefly), then it warmed back up for a while! Allatoona wasn't very gracious last night for most of the club. With 17 members fishing only 28 fish were weighed for a total of 32.07lbs.There were 8 one fish sacks brought to the scales, 3 zeros, and only one limit. I wish I could offer an explanation, but this lake can be tough for no reason (other times it can be an absolute slugfest).
We were still able to hand out some money. Here's the four money spots for last night:
1st went to Brent Wood with 4 fish for 5.33lbs and $136, Brent also had Big Bass with 2.21lbs for $85
2nd place was Barry Martin with 5 fish for 4.69lbs and $102
3rd place was Mike Cronin with 3 fish for 4.52lbs and $68
4th place was Bob Smith (me) with 4 fish for 4.43lbs and $34
Next month will be a night tournament on Lake Lanier, Charleston Boat Ramp, times will be 7PM till 2AM. Cross your fingers for better fishing!
