I can't believe that I actually forgot to put this tracker up earlier this week! Sorry bout that!
Yes we are definitely ON for Sunday Afternoon and the weather is looking fantastic. So plan on coming out it should be fun!

From I-75 North or South, Take Exit 290 (Cartersville/GA20 Exit) Travel East on GA 20 approximately 500 feet and take a right on GA Spur 20 (Between Kangaroo Grocery and Wendy's), travel approximately 3 miles and take a left on Bartow County Beach Road (the Corps signs no longer exist, so look for the small Gatewood Ramp sign)or turn left on Jim Knight Rd. and go till it dead-ends to Bartow County Beach Rd and turn left. Travel to the end of Bartow County Beach Road and the ramp will be on your left

For this time of year you could not have asked for a nicer day! Sunny with highs in the 60s, water temps in the mid 50s. I reckon about 58 other anglers shared my feelings as well! We had 33 paid entries (= Boats)that allowed us to pay 6 places, Big Bass and a generous side pot. I guess the fishing must have been generally tough for most folks, 15 boats did not bring a fish to the scales. The rest of the field brought 54 fish to the scales for a total of 68.18lbs(an average of 1.26lbs per fish). Here's how the money spots paid out today:
6th place went to Bug, Allan, and Autumn with 3 fish for 4.21lbs and $25
5th place went to Joe W. who had 3 fish for 4.46lbs for $50
4th place was Jim and Joe C. with 3 fish for 4.78lbs and $84
3rd place went to Stephen Young with 3 fish for 5.04lbs and $99
2nd place went to Bradley C. with 3 fish for 5.66lbs and $114, Bradley also had Big Bass with a 3.51lb spotted bass for $165
1st place went to the Thurman family of Danny and Daniel with 3 nice fish for 7.45lbs good for $123 and the side pot of $310

I enjoyed seeing all you folks out there and visiting with you. I hope you enjoyed it too! Hang in there, Tracy, you and Skillet are still catching fish. You can't win anything if you don't bring them to the scales! Congrats to the money winners! Have a great week and we'll see you next weekend! up
