I am an active duty Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD, Bomb Disposal) Tech, stationed here in Georgia. I also am an avid angler who fishes tournaments. I am currently in the process of coordinating the first EOD benefit bass tournament. I have teamed up with Mr. Wes Meadows, owner of Reel Money tournament trail, tournament director for Georgia High School tournaments and many others. Mr. Meadows and myself are trying to get everything in order to have the tournament in late May or early June. I am reaching out on this forum to gain advice from experienced tournament host, knowledge from tournament directors, and any help what so ever. My main objective is to procure a large item for first place, such as a four wheeler or a mule, and provide 100% payback on entries for 2nd place and on down the line. I am also trying to procure lure packages, rods, reels and any other fishing related items to sell raffle tickets for. I invite you all to check out the foundation at www.eodwarriorfoundation.org it is a nonprofit organization that provides so much to my brothers and sisters in the Bomb Disposal field from all 4 services. I have personally witnessed the amazing work they have provided, this event is the least thing I can do for such an amazing organization. Thanks, Will Eller, willellerfishing@yahoo.com
