David Koski passed on Friday Afternoon after a fierce battle with Cancer. It was a crying shame to see such great talent pass on so young. I'm not sure what David's age actually was but I would guess early 40's. That really doesn't matter when it's your time to go, I reckon. The Good Lord must have needed another great angler to fish with! I certainly did not know him as well as a lot of guys around Allatoona, but what I did know was that not only was David a great angler, but one heckuva nice guy too!
He will be missed by many around these parts, but I think a bunch of us will be better folks for at least having known him!
God Rest your soul, David, and may you keep on fishing and doing what you enjoyed for eternity.

I didnt know David but have heard how much he did for the fishing community, taken way too early. RIP fellow fisherman!

I knew David since 2006, we did lose a good man. Praying for his family. We'll miss you brother and meet again one day.
