I took a co-worker and his wife (from Alabama) out yesterday evening on Toona. It was the toughest bite I have seen in years, I got a couple of light bites on shakey head and c-rig. Then managed to pull one white bass out of brief surface break. One other little fish and that was it. The couple didn't catch anything, except the husband snatched the wife's hat and sunglasses off with a rattling rapala on one cast. I thought he had hooked her, thank goodness that didn't happen, but it did whack her pretty good!
Also looked like a very light turnout for the Victoria Monday night tournament, any reports on that one?
