Well it would appear that our Young Guns had it figured out! WTG guys, I sure wished I could've fished that second day with you all! I'm still down here in Tampa and won't be home until Wednesday night! I guess I better set my sights on Neely Henry now!

Our next meeting date for Neely Henry is stated as June 14th on the club's website, that is the tournament date, the meeting date is June 11th.

Ken, my personal preference would be moving the launch/weigh in location further down the river closer to the main lake. The club chose the city ramp at Gadsden, and if that is where they want to have it, I won't rock the boat.

Promo, you are correct the meeting is on June 11th and the tournament is on June 14th. I will put out a "Tracker" in the next week or so.

Bob, I have no problem changing the boat ramp further down to the main lake but I would suggest we do it now so we can pre-fish in the same area . I would not want to change boat ramps at the meeting . Perhaps you can send an e-mail out to everyone now and take a vote.

Paul told me the ramp at the dam is a state park and does not open until 6 am Alabama time . Went on line , I found a ramp near Rainbow City called Greensport Marina .It did not really look like a marina from the satellite image but it was a good location . There is one by the bridge on hwy 77 but may be limited in space.

I am fishing Neely Henry on the 14th, just can't make the meeting on the 11th, i will be on Vacation that day but will be back in Town the 12th so i need to get me entry, my Calcutta, and Harry's Calcutta to Bob. I should have a guest coming to the meeting on the 11th...Scott Reece..great guy and will be a great addition to our Club. Bob you met him at an ABA tournament. He wants to fish Neely Henry as a guest and he fishes out of a Ranger.

Bob , when you get back check out Rainbow Landing , ramp next to Hwy 77 , easy access by car from 411 . Has 30 parking spaces with a restroom , not bad for a Al ramp . Ken

I like to fish that lake all summer...low boat traffic and you can catch them shallow all day.
