Me too brudder, me too. It happens every fall...the weather starts cooling down, the leaves start turning, and i just hate being in the house. So much so that i might even go Pre-Fish Allatoona eeks2 hammer for the 12th just to get out of the house. Thinking about launching out of fieldstone and see how that end of the lake is looking. smile

I'm going to pick-up my boat in a couple of hours. Can't decide if I want to fish ABA on Oconee or just go to Allatoona. I will launch from Cherokee Co (Little River) ramp if I do. I don't know where fieldstone ramp is located.

Fish ABA Oconee get-up at 2Am and drive 125 miles or fish Allatoona get-up at 5:30AM and drive 25 miles????

Turns out it was none of the above. When the Yamaha tech was installing the parts to repair the blown crankshaft gasket he noticed a cracked housing. They thought the part would be in Friday...but, didn't realize till I got there that the part was on a UPS truck coming from California. mad

Got to watch some college football today. Part is scheduled to be in on Wednesday.

Part came-in yesterday. The tensioner arm for the timing belt had a crack in it...a manufacturing defect. I will call around lunch today and confirm that I can pick it up this afternoon at 5.
