Do you guy's stress pulling your boat in the rain? Do you tow with a cover when it's raining? Or do you just stay home when it's raining? It has never really been an issue with me in the past but since I stepped up and bought a nicer boat I am being a baby about it. I want to keep this boat as nice as I can for as long as I can. I worry about the cover rubbing the gelcoat riding down the road. I know, I know its it just a boat...

I use a cover when it is raining. Helps keep spray from the truck back tires out of the interior of the boat. makes for a little less cleaning.

Just tow it and forget about it.
You brought it to fish, not profile on the water

Thanks, kind of forced on me. I had a blowout on monday night on the way home from the lake. no spare... had to have it towed. I wholesale wheels and tires for a living so I had to match the wheels to the ones I put on my jeep. lol.

x2...haha...but then again, my boat is kind of rough, so take it for what it's worth. I think I've put a cover on my boat 5 times in the 6 years I've owned it, and that was probably done in the first 5 weeks I owned it. Right now the cover is balled up and living in my attic. roflmao

If you buy the correct size and type of cover for your boat then it should be fine. Most quality boat covers have a softer interior to it and doesn't affect the gel coat on the boat. A cover will definitely help minimize the hassle of towing your boat in the rain..

Spend the money on a good cover to protect rain or shine!! Protect your investment!! You might try auroracanvas.com they make really good covers, have patterns for several manufactures. I just ordered a new cover two weeks ago. My last cover lasted 19 years.
