15 years this past Oct. 16th for myself and my wife quit this past July. Look at the health benefits, money savings, just feeling better and the smell and taste of foods and so on. I used to love them but don't miss them and glad I quit. Cold turkey is the way to go but if someone needs help get it, you won't regret it.

You got tht right Mike, you go through the stages too. I remember walking out back of my building and would smell the smoke when other employees were smoking and want a cig real bad, then after awhile i would walk by them and it would make me almost sick to smell the smoke. The food tasting so much better is so true, just gotta watch the OL' waste line with the food tasting so much better. though.
